  • Mr. Gooyer's background includes management positions in various San Francisco Bay Area firms since 1979, directing the design and production documents for a wide spectrum of building projects. A large part of his current practice deals with the design of custom residential projects including remodels, additions, alterations and complete new residences.
  • Mr. Gooyer has extensive experience in all phases of the project from initial programming to contract administration and project close-out, so vital to the satisfactory conclusion of a complex project.
  • All work performed by Mr. Gooyer in the Last 10+ years has been produced by the use of ACAD 14, 2000 and 2002.
